Savory Irish Recipes to Celebrate St. Pat

• Old Fashioned Corned Beef and Cabbage (pictured middle page, right) -- My version of the traditional favorite, flavored with oranges and spices.
• Poached Salmon with Irish Butter Sauce -- Recipe from the Queen of Irish cooking, Darina Allen.
• Pan Seared Pork Loin with Derry Apple Relish -- Here is a fabulous Irish take on pork from Chef Noel McMeel and the gorgeous book Elegant Irish Cooking.
